SMEs in the Lviv region are invited to take part in a workshop on management of human resources, beginning on 22 June. The training is organised by the Lviv Business Support Centre, together with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The workshop on “System of Human Resources Management” is broken down into four one-day modules, taking place on 22-23 June and 29-30 June. Participants will also have 12 weeks of online support following the workshop, which includes a methodology for developing an HR management system from scratch.
The main purpose of the workshop is to help companies with the development of a human resources management system that will reduce time and resources for recruiting, decrease staff outflow and time spent on staffing issues.
During the workshop participants will learn how to:
- establish an HR management system in a company;
- perform a personnel audit;
- develop competency framework;
- attract talents;
- plan HR development (personal and professional);
- manage personnel motivation.
The Lviv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
