On 6-8 June, the Lviv Business Support Centre is organising a three-day training on ‘Managing business development’. The event is organised with the support of the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The training has been especially developed for owners and key business managers from light industry, wood processing industry and manufacturing brands that are growing actively.
The training is divided into three modules:
Module 1 – Business modelling and scaling
Module 2 – Business system and search for the root problem
Module 3 – Scenarios and strategies for scaling
Participants in the workshop will get a chance to:
- define and work on their business model;
- identify the key causes of business problems;
- assess the prospects and opportunities for business growth;
- get practical knowledge for expanding business opportunities;
- create a business development plan.
The Lviv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs benefit from the project.
