The Vinnytsya Business Support Centre invites representatives of SMEs to participate in a one-day EU4Business workshop on ‘Business systematization’ to be held on 20 June.
The deadline for registration is 15 June. Participation is free for the first 50 participants.
Business is a complex mechanism that operates successfully only if all processes are well-coordinated. Most owners have to manage their businesses personally, which causes high workloads and lack of time and energy to manage key issues.
The main purpose of the workshop is to demonstrate how businesses can operate efficiently even with minimum involvement of owners.
During the workshop, participants will discuss how to build a competitive business model and how to work with customers, what organizational structure can be used and how business processes should be coordinated, how to establish management accounting system, etc.
The VinnytsyaBusiness Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
