Senior managers from Business Support Organisations (BSOs) in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries are to receive training from EU experts at the BSO Strategic Planning Academy in Westerham, Germany, from 8 to 11 May.
If you are a BSO executive in one of the six EaP countries concerned - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine - you can to apply for one of around 30 places at the four-day event (see registration below).
The academy is being organised by EU4Business partner organisation
EUROCHAMBRES in cooperation with UEAPME as part of the East Invest 2 programme. It is designed to help BSO managers develop clear strategies for the successful functioning of their organisations, enabling them to sustain local SMEs and contribute to the creation of an improved business environment in their countries. The academy is divided into five courses:
- Learning to think strategically
- Risk management: external and internal risks for a BSO
- Change management: facing external competition
- International strategic partnerships
- Strategic public relations and communication.
