On 7 December, the Sumy Business Support Centre is organising a forum on the hotel and restaurant business, with the support of the EBRD and the EU4Business initiative.
The event is aimed at owners, managers and experts of hotel and restaurant businesses, with the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of service provision, as well as development of tourist attractiveness of the Sumy region.
Speakers include Andrii Kryvonos, Head of Directorate of the Ukrainian Franchise Association,Volodymyr Kolesnyk, Owner of the Dream Hostels franchise network, and Andrii Valovyi, independent HoReCa expert and founder of the “13 Chefs” gastronomic project.
The second part of the event includes free master-classes on pizza and sushi cooking as well as a paid workshop in the ‘Simbiosi’ restaurant-pizzeria.
The Sumy Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
