A training is being organised in Dnipro from 15-17 July on ‘Finance for non-financial managers: accounting, analyses, budgeting’. The deadline for registration is 11 July.
The three-day trainingis organised bythe Dnipro Business Support Centre together with the EBRD as, part of the EU4Business initiative.
‘Finance for non-financial managers’ is one of the most popular training courses among managers. Financial indicators are essential for reaching the aimed level of business efficiency, for comparing a company with the market average indicators and its main competitors, for identifying strengths and weaknesses of the business model, finding room for improvement, etc.
The training will cover the following topics:
- Main objectives of accounting and financial management
- Efficient analyses and approaches for decision making
- Understanding company financial statements
- Practical skills and tips for efficient budgeting
The Dnipro Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs benefit from the project.
