Fast-moving consumer goods will be in focus at the EBRD seminar

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) under the EU4Business initiative is organising a seminar in Minsk on 21 November on Market Development Trends in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). The seminar is addressed to companies working in FMCG (toiletries, cleaning agents, pharmaceuticals and medical products, beverages, confectionery products and groceries).

The guest of the meeting, international FMCG expert George Konstantin from Romania will speak about global FMCG market development trends, competition issues, and the importance of distribution models.

Konstantin has 20 years if managerial experience in the field of brand marketing, trade marketing, sales and distribution. He has an excellent knowledge of the FMCG industry group, and has worked with global players such as BAT, Bunge, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola in Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, and Ukraine. He has expertise in working with beverages, food products, household chemicals, and toiletries.

The seminar is organised as part of the EBRD’s Advice for Small Businesses programme under the EU4Business initiative. The EU works hand in hand with the EBRD in Belarus to improve access to finance and foreign markets, building business skills and encouraging entrepreneurship.
