Forum on the profitability of growing niche crops

The Sumy Business Support Centre is organising a forum on the profitability of growing niche crops, taking place on 30 May, with with the support of the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.

The forum is aimed at owners and specialists of individual farm enterprises as well as representatives of small and medium-sized agricultural companies. 

Participants will have an opportunity to learn about the latest agricultural technologies for growing niche crops, as well as how to draw up an effective business model for cultivating field niche crops, harvesting wild crops and developing the local fruit and berry market. 

The Sumy Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
