
An information event on ‘European Experts for Ukrainian Business’ is being held in Kramatorsk on 30 May, organised by the Kramatorsk Business Support Centre with the support of the EBRD and the EU4Business initiative. The event is the second in a series of road shows on the subject for SMEs across Ukraine.
The event aims to provide practical tools for product promotion in EU markets, and advice from European experts on the development of business in Ukraine.
Among key speakers are:
- Madi Sharma, a representative of the EESC (European Economic and Social Committee), and manager of the Madi Group (a group of private sector enterprises, non-profit companies and non-governmental organisations), who has extensive experience in promoting products to foreign markets;
- Dmitry Korbut is an EU expert on projects, export consultant, and co-founder of BELEXIA (Belarusian-Belgian Import/Export Agency);
- Henri Malosse is the 30th President of the EESC, the International Director of the French Chamber of Commerce, the founder of the European Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in the European Parliament and the initiator of the European Information Centres for Entrepreneurs.
The Kramatorsk Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
