Owners, directors and managers of manufacturing companies are invited to the conference, “Lean Production Implementation Practice", to be held in Rivne, Ukraine, on 28 July.
The event is being organised by Rivne Business Support Center under the EU4Business initiative, supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Ukraine.
Experts will pass on best practice
The purpose of the conference is to introduce you to the best practices in the implementation of lean production projects in Ukraine.
Experts and managers with a track record in lean production methods will be on hand to give practical recommendations.
The conference will:
- familiarize you with the lean production concept and introduce you to managers-practitioners who have considerable experience in implementing of lean production instruments in Ukraine
- teach you how to analyse the state of your own production facility and identify any losses
- provide a forum for exchanging information with other manufacturing companies with significant experience in lean production implementation.
