Design thinking is a methodology that provides the ability to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions. The method combines creative and critical thinking that allows you to structure information and ideas, make decisions, improve your experience, and learn from your mistakes. It is a way of thinking that focuses on solving problems. The primary element of design thinking is finding the real problem and generating ideas for its solution.

The method became popular thanks to the Gasso Plattner Institute at Stanford University. Silicon Valley companies (Google, Apple, Facebook, Airbnb, IDEO etc.) and others around the world are actively using design thinking to create innovations (products / services) and value for ultimate user.

Design thinking helps entrepreneurs creatively solve problems, create new products and services. It can help companies feel comfortable in the process of creating innovation and teach them to take on additional risk to get unexpectedly valuable results.

The training offers participants the opportunity to:

  • understand complex problems that may be incorrectly formulated or unexplored;
  • conduct research, identifying human needs and problems;
  • generate ideas during brainstorming;
  • add more empathy to the culture of the company to better meet the needs of consumers/users;
  • learn applied prototyping and testing of ideas with the target audience.
