Owners, managers and senior employees of companies working in the production and processing of agricultural products, related SMEs and any other interested persons are invited to take part in a business seminar on sustainable development in agriculture on 13-14 November, organised by the Kropyvnytsky Business Support Centre, supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the EU4Business initiative of the European Union.
The deadline for registration is 7 November.
The event aims to boost the organisational potential of enterprises in the agricultural sector and to provide participants with the tools necessary to ensure the sustainable development of their business enterprise.
The main topics of the seminar include:
- Strategic and sustainable development
- Values in the company’s activity
- Analysis of external and internal environment
- Risk management: company safety
- Effective methods of team management
- Automisation of business processes
The seminar will help participants to develop better organisation and strategy, as well as practical skills in developing a model for sustainable development of their enterprise.
In addition, the seminar also provides consulting support for 1 hour for each participant.
The Kropyvnytsky Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
