A business course on ‘thinking management’ is being organised by the Ivano-Frankivsk Business Support Centre on 28-30 November, together with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative. The event takes place in Volosyanka, in the Lviv region
The event is targeted at owners, managers and HR-directors of SMEs.
The programme of the forum includes the following topics:
- Challenge of time and the need for changes;
- Development of emotional competence;
- Adaptive thinking as a basis for deliberate life management in a world of uncertainty and instability;
- Creative thinking: development of creativity;
- Completion of the course.
The event aims to increase the competence of participants in thinking management, explain the importance of developing different types of intelligence in order to enhance personal and team efficiency, and provide practical tools for the development of emotional creative and adaptive intelligence.
The Ivano-Frankivsk Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs benefit from the project.
