On 4 June, Ukrainian food producers are invited to ‘Absorb Georgia’, a workshop in Kyiv on trading opportunities in the Georgian market. The event is organised by the EBRD and the Export Promotion Office of Ukraine, and jointly funded by the European Union as part of its EU4Business initiative, and the government of Ukraine. The deadline for registration is 29 May.
During the workshop, participants will learn:
- Why the Georgian market is interesting for Ukrainian manufacturers of finished products: market volume, purchasing power, trends and consumer analysis;
- Which information is needed in order to export to Georgia;
- Features of Georgian business culture that should be considered;
- Programme and terms of participation for upcoming trade mission to Georgia for food manufacturers.
Categories include baking, chocolate and chocolate products, processed fruits and vegetables, dairy products and processed meat.
