The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is organising two 4-day workshops for women entrepreneurs in Armenia. If you manage or own an SME then sign up and improve your entrepreneurial skills.
The course costs AMD 40,000 and covers:
- organizational development definition and concept
- corporate culture and values
- organisational skills
- the legal environment
- business structure and organisation
- the restructuring of a family business
- planning succession and/or corporatization
- work/life balance
- better time management
The training will be given in Armenian.
