SMEs in Belarus can benefit from EU-funded financial tools. These aim to provide small companies with access to finance; boost investor confidence; and support female entrepreneurship. Tools include the EBRD Small Business Initiative, the Eastern Partnership SME Finance Facility and Women in Business programme.
